چکیده

Objectives: Clinical approach of prostate cancer (PCa) biochemical recurrence (BCR) is an ever-changing topic. Prostate-specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography ([68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET-CTPSMA PET-CT) has shown good potential in this field. The aim to evaluate PSMA PET-CT detection rate PCa BCR and assess its impact on clinical outcome. Material methods: Out 319 patients with who underwent between October 2015 June 2019, 70 had developed after treatment curative intent. Two groups were created: one surgery (RP group) (N: 48; 68.6%) other radiotherapy (RT 22; 31.4%). Clinical, analytical, pathological results evaluated. Results: Initial age was different (p = 0.008). RP mainly at intermediate risk (85.1% vs 42.9%, p 0.001) while RT low (8.5% 47.6%, 0.001). In groups, PETCT detected, respectively, pelvic relapse 31.3% 63.6%, extrapelvic 18.8% 31.8%. Salvage performed 61.9% (n 26) 15% 3) patients, < 0.001. Of submitted salvage treatment, 59.1% achieved complete remission. Concerning these local led remission 68.4% 13). two partial remission.Concerning rate, positive for when pre-PET PSA ≥ 0.8 ng/mL (RP) or 2.3 (RT) 0.4 3.5 (RT), > 0.05. Conclusions: Biochemical persistence therapy similar (30-40%). cut-off values detected (RT).

68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT for prostate cancer staging and risk stratification in Chinese patients

We evaluated the clinical utility of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT for staging and risk stratification of treatment-naïve prostate cancer (PCa) and metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Twenty-two consecutive patients with treatment-naïve PCa and 18 with mCRPC were enrolled. 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were performed for the evaluation of primary prostatic le...

The value of 68Ga-PSMA enhanced PET-CT and MR-PET in patients with biochemical recurrent prostate cancer

Materials and methods A total of 322 patients with BRPC underwent either a PET-CT or a MR-PET examination (Siemens Biograph mMR) after injection of about 150 mBqGa-PSMA. Images were evaluated in cosensus by one experienced nuclear medicine physician and one radiologist. Pelvine lymphnode dissection was performed in most of the patients according to a predefined template with 8 fields. Lymphnode...

The use of 68  Ga-PSMA PET CT in men with biochemical recurrence after definitive treatment of acinar prostate cancer.

INTRODUCTION Early localisation of disease recurrence after definitive treatment of prostate cancer is vital to determine suitability for salvage treatment. Our aim was to further investigate the relationship between prostate specific antigen (PSA) level and detection of suspected cancer recurrence using 68  Ga-PSMA PET/CT in patients with biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy (RP)...
